Return Policy

If an item(s) need to be returned, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. If it is the holiday season, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order.

Return Policy Guidelines:

- All items must be new, unworn, and with the original tags attached. 

- Sale items cannot be returned, they are final sale.

- Jewelry cannot be returned, it is final sale. 

- Items from "Madison's Closet" cannot be returned, they are final sale.

- Home decor cannot be returned, it is final sale. Measurements will always be listed in the description of the product! 


- We can offer exchanges if we have the item and size available that you are needing. If we do not, store credit will be offered. 

How to Process a Return:

- Simply email us at with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email. We will get back to you within 48 hours. 

How to Return an Item: 

- Original shipping fees are nonrefundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Store Credit: 

- You will receive store credit for your item(s) once received. Store credit never expires. Once your item(s) have been received, you will be issued a store credit code by email. Store credit can be used on any item(s) in the store. 

Ship Returns to: 

Email or direct message us on instagram if you need to return something and we will provide you with the return address.  

Cancellation Policy:

We have a no cancellation policy, this means once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Once receiving your item(s) you can always return them for store credit if you would like.
