I'm a solid euro 40 Birkenstock and ordered 8/9. They fit, like no wiggle room for length, also plenty wide as someone with a wide foot. I think if given the chance I'd try the next size up but would worry it'd be too big so I'm not gonna exchange. Super comfy, so cute, and love that they have rubber on bottom so I can go outside.
